The criticality of culture…

Our process is based on partnership, of working with rather than imposing upon. It’s a collaboration where our experience, expertise, outside perspective and insights guides the creation of a shared purpose, a clarification of the challenges ahead and the construction of a roadmap to meet those challenges head on through a thriving, vibrant culture. We take the concept of the ‘Co-Lab’ in our name seriously — we create a ‘safe-fail’ environment to run culture sprints that celebrate collaboration and experimentation.

Our approach is thoughtful, pragmatic, challenging, provocative and inclusive — all the critical elements that comes with pushing against the status quo — and yet smoothing the way for lasting change.

Culture Co-Lab HQ is based in Melbourne, Australia, and we work with individuals, teams and organisations across Australia and beyond to build their capacity for complexity. Naomi Fox

Founder.

Naomi is an organisational development consultant who works across diverse industries with executives, leadership teams and professionals to align, learn, grow and evolve.

Collaborative, creative and strategic are the hallmarks of Naomi’s style and approach. It’s based on experimentation and play, optimism and openness. She employs both planned and generative approaches to create outcomes for clients that result in commitment and traction, enable behaviour change and improve performance.

Naomi draws on 20+ year corporate career involved working in human capital and organisational development across ANZ, HK and the UK across a broad range of organisations including NFP, Government and Corporate with local, regional and global remits. She also is underpinned by qualifications and accreditations that evidence her life-long learner philosophy of ‘always learning, always growing’.

A portfolio is at the heart of Naomi’s career. She is also Chair of the Board for Ready Set — a not for profit organisation that aims to build confidence through clothing, coaching and connecting for job seekers. Naomi also ‘moonlights’ as an Associate Principal for curio – a fast growing, global education and technology consultancy. Naomi is a member of several global networks including Adaptive Cultures, Clear Leadership, Developmental Sprint and Global Leadership Associates communities.

In 2019, Naomi founded Culture Co-Lab, a boutique consultancy who partners with clients to help them create clarity, shape culture and elevate capacity to achieve their desired results while facing into disruption and complexity.

Naomi believes that culture and people are critical to success.

She simply loves to geek out on organisational development theory and research, and as a coffee lover is on an extended quest to uncover Melbourne’s best barista.
